Now this in itself isn't a bad thing, but if your baby keeps chewing on the spouts they will eventually begin to leak and drip. You should check them often for wear so your baby doesn't slice through the silicone (although that is extremely difficult to do). It's still better to check the Nuby sippy cup spouts regularly after your baby gets teeth.
